Treasure Chest
This part of the project will be done outside of the classroom.
You may use a shoe box, wooden box, cardboard box, etc. Your box will need to be large enough to hold your artifacts, navigational tool, map, journal, and timeline. There is no limit to the size of the box, but you must be able to carry it to the classroom.
You can decorate your treasure chest however you would like. This is your chance to have fun and be creative. But remember, you want your treasure chest to look as real as possible, so you can convince the museum board members that it is authentic.
